POOL CARD ACTIVATION
Unfortunately the key card system is down and we are currently unable to activate pool keys. We are in the process of working with a gate company to get new software installed and resolve the issue. We apologize for the delay in getting the cards activated but it is out of our control until the computer system is running. Please be sure to get your Resident Form and Pool Waiver form returned so your card can be activated as soon as this is resolved.

MY POOL CARD IS NOT WORKING
If your pool card is not working, have you filled out and returned these forms? Pool cards will not be activated until the HOA has these documents.
